I'm Rylie Fitzgerald, an Interior Architect & Decorator committed to designing interiors that truly embody the essence of their owners. My speciality is in the world of luxury interior design, where artistic expression meets elegance.
For over 15 years, I have been able to master my craft across the world, working on projects that dreams are made of. After my studies at the University of South Australia I worked in Newcastle, NSW at a mulit-disciplinary architecture company and after three years moved to London where worked on prestigous projects throughout the UK, Europe and Saudi Arabia. I led a team at a boutique interior design company in Belgravia, London and after six years returned to Australia in 2018.
In Melbourne & Adelaide, I now work on private residences, high-end developments, and bespoke lifestyle and hospitality spaces in Australia and enjoy sharing my global perspective and elevating the small moments to make an interior successful.
I love working with all different types of people and take pride in my ability to understand the intricate needs of my clients whilst collaborating seamlessly with builders and developers, for personal or commerical goals. I excel at creating spaces that reflect my clients vision and style, and proudly deliver a more personalised service than working with a large agency.

“We engaged Rylie to complete a makeover of our 2 level inner city Melbourne apartment.
The brief was somewhat conflicted as it had to celebrate the existing over the top tiling, cabinetry and fixtures.
Rylie managed to do this with a design incorporating layers of carpet, rugs, textured wallpaper and tactile furniture.
The end result includes brave use of patterns, fabrics and lighting; transforming the look of the apartment, to that of a small luxury hotel.
